Job Overview

The Representative I, Accounts Receivable is responsible for reviewing, generating and submitting timely corrected charges, and billing encounters. It includes follow up on charge encounters by checking documentation and reviewing charges for all encounters to ensure accuracy. To collaborate and provide input to Providers corrective, missing documentation, or coding submitted by the front office clinics. Maintain a low-level Work queues outstanding balance total to meet targeted quotas at the end of each month end close.

Minimum Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of billing and collection experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare background strongly preferred.
• Experience of validating eligibility with healthcare plans preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  
  

Compensation

$24.00 - $28.15 hourly
