**Requisition Number:** 200562 **Job Description** Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager. Responsibilities include providing leadership to a team of supervisors and hourly employee/partners who analyze and apply all receipts that do not post cleanly through the lockboxes; timely and accurate posting practices while enhancing employee/partner engagement and development; leading supervisory staff to train and manage Cash Application partners to perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures; driving performance standards to meet or exceed all requirements; fostering an environment of engagement and teamwork to enable the department to operate as a cohesive group; motivating the team to perform assigned tasks with a desire for optimization at all times; driving continued improvements in processes and procedures; identifying needed system enhancements; communicating and executing departmental key business indicators that drive business results in a timely, clear and impactful manner; building strong relationships with key partners (Group VP's, General Managers, Service Managers, Accountants, etc.); ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures and providing input on necessary updates. **Skills/Qualifications** Required + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience + 3 years' supervisory or management experience + Excellent planning and organizational skills + Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing + Strong ambassadorial and negotiation skills Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
