Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team in San Rafael, California. In this role, you will help ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices while working closely with the project management team and other departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounts payable and a drive for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process and code invoices accurately in alignment with established procedures.
• Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders and verify supporting documentation.
• Manage daily accounts payable tasks, handling a high volume of invoices.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure proper tagging and tracking of invoices.
• Utilize Sage Paperless and other accounting software to maintain organized records.
• Assist in weekly accounts payable reporting and reconciliation.
• Prioritize tasks based on direction from the Accounts Payable Lead and Accounting Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate project cost data for financial reviews.Supervisor
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in processing and coding invoices.
• Familiarity with Sage accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high volumes of invoices efficiently.
• Experience collaborating with project teams to manage costs and priorities.
• Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting standards.
