Review, code, and process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices, expense reports, and credit card transactions.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries related to payment status and account balances.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reporting.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounts payable systems and process improvements.
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
4+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
