As an Accounting Specialist, you will:

• Maintain financial reports, vendor records, and general ledger accounts.
• Utilize technology to accurately process bills, bill payments, warranty claims, bill credits, and create deposits.
• Process weekly on-time payments.
• Balance store & departmental deposits (credit cards, financing, checks, cash, wires/ACH)
• Review and track customer accounts and outstanding balances
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate payments, deposits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of automated finance procedures.
• Work with the Finance Team to contribute to monthly close and annual audit.
• Provide support to the Finance Team as needed.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to solutions.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work and documentation

• Excellent organizational skills while managing multiple priorities
• Work on cross-functional teams
• Ability to read, write, and understand English

To qualify, you must have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields preferred.
• 3 years professional experience in accounting related field
• NetSuite operating system experience a plus
• High proficiency using Excel and PDFs spreadsheets
• Hybrid work will be available once fully trained in

Compensation:

$24-$26 per hour based on experience
