Addison Group is partnering with a well-regarded company in the St. Paul metro to bring on a Contract Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support the team during a key transition period. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys handling the day-to-day AP function while contributing to a collaborative, tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle PO-based AP processing, including 3-way match and invoice coding
• Manage check runs, ACH payments, and vendor communications
• Monitor and track discrepancies and work with vendors and internal teams for resolution
• Assist with vendor setup, W-9 collection, and ongoing maintenance
• Support clerical tasks like expense reporting and statement reconciliations
• Reference prior GL coding in Business Central for consistency (system is very user-friendly)
• Provide backup or light job costing support as needed (coding accruals to correct GLs: rent, equipment, etc.)
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Prior experience in a PO/3-way match environment required
• Working knowledge of GL coding and invoice reconciliation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central preferred
• Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working onsite in St. Paul
