Local established and growing construction firm in Fremont CA is seeking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. This is 100% onsite and a strong temp to hire opportunity!

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• 2-3+ years of Full-Cycle Accounts Payable processing REQUIRED, construction industry helpful
• Should be comfortable with entering new vendors, 2/3 way matching with P.O's
• Heavy coding to the G/L and check runs/ACH payments/Wires
• VISTA software HIGHLY DESIRED, Intermediate Excel
• This is 100% onsite and a strong temp to hire role
• $65,000- $72,000 to start/ DOE
