What You’ll Do

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
• Ensure accurate coding and proper approval workflows.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and/or owners of purchase orders.
• Validate vendor information.
• Work with PO owners to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
• Maintain organized records and support audits as needed.
• Participate in PTP improvement projects.

Skills and Experience

• Significant experience in accounts payable or related finance roles, preferably in biotech or life sciences. Less experienced candidates may be considered at the specialist level.
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Biotech industry experience is a plus.
