A prestigious Financial Services firm in Manhattan is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager.

-Review coding, wire transfer instructions prior to being processed for payment.

-Responsible for financial reporting and analysis

-Oversee allocation of invoices/expenses to the various funds and other inter-company charges

-Oversee the monthly processing of T&E

-Manage a team of direct reports

-Track and retain all paid invoices

-Assist with various accounting functions, ad-hoc requests and projects as needed

Qualifications:

-6+ years of professional AP experience

-Bachelor’s degree required

-Must have experience working in a financial services firm

-Must have experience managing at least 1 direct report

The annual base salary range is $130k to $175k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
