LHH is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a client in South San Francisco for a 5-day onsite contract. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounts payable experience, including retail industry experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, including:

• Reviewing and processing vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records
• Preparing and processing weekly check runs
• Providing support and assistance to the accounting team as needed

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with the retail industry is a plus.
