Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Review and verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
