Key Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional engaging service and communicate with vendors and colleagues in a professional and collaborative manner
• Ensure all procedures regarding billing, collections, credit cards, billing inquiries, and check cashing are followed
• Processing invoices and payments (via checks, wire, and ACH), including monthly rent and intercompany invoices
• Managing Accounts Payable inbox, forward invoices to appropriate party for approval, and reply to vendor inquiries
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by proactively resolving the delay issues
• Monitors, posts, and applies wire and check payments as applicable
• Assist the Controller in reviewing the financial statements and reconciliation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; Business, Finance, or accounting degree preferred
• Minimum two years accounts payable experience preferred
• Be excellent in communication and coordination. Also, in maintaining excellent working relationships with the staff, other coworkers, vendors, and clients
• Strong computer skills; Word and Excel
• SAP experience preferred and Concur experience a plus
• Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have flexible schedule and be able to work various hours and days when needed
• Be able to exercise judgment and resolve any problems arising in daily activities
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
