AP/AR Shared Services Analyst (Temp-to-Hire) Quick Hire

A rapidly expanding PE-owned organization is looking for a Shared Services AP/AR Analyst to support its finance and accounting operations. This temp-to-hire role provides an opportunity to contribute to optimizing financial processes across accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), banking, and treasury functions. The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying efficiencies in financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable Reporting – Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports to track financial performance and outstanding balances.
• Cash Flow Monitoring – Assess trends and provide insights to optimize cash flow management.
• Acquisition Integration – Support the financial onboarding of newly acquired entities, including setting them up in Intacct.
• Banking & Treasury Management – Open and manage WSFS Operating and Permit bank accounts, process check runs, and ensure timely transactions.
• Credit Card Administration – Oversee company credit cards, ensuring compliance, accurate tracking, and proper reporting.
• Process Improvement – Identify and implement efficiencies in financial workflows to enhance accuracy and operational speed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work across teams to streamline financial operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Administrative & Operational Support – Manage system updates, ad hoc reporting, and daily financial operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Process-Driven Mindset – Ability to evaluate workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Financial Operations Expertise – Experience in AP, AR, cash flow management, and banking processes.
• Technology Proficiency – Familiarity with Intacct or similar financial systems.
• Attention to Detail & Organization – Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Cross-Functional Support – Experience collaborating with finance teams and handling operational tasks.
