About the Role: In this position, you will take on a key role supporting a loyal and varied client base. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies at financial year-end.
• Reviewing bookkeeping records and preparing comprehensive monthly management accounts.
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior and trainee team members.
• Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients and HMRC, managing enquiries with professionalism and expertise.

What We’re Looking For: We are keen to hear from candidates who:

• Are ACA or ACCA qualified, or possess equivalent experience gained within practice.
• Bring strong technical knowledge across accountancy and taxation.
• Have practical, up-to-date experience producing year-end financial statements.
• Value professional standards, continuity, and building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
