We are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Manager with a Digital Marketing background to manage client relationships, oversee campaign performance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Oversee the execution and performance of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and performance marketing.
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Design) to ensure campaign success and timely delivery.
Monitor key KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client revenue.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital marketing strategies, and platform updates.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining smooth communication.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing account management.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC (Google & Meta Ads), Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and strategize improvements.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
