Must Have's
Job Description of Account Coordinator-
Proficiency in financial data entry and reconciliation
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience with accounting software (Xero preferred)
Ability to work independently
Excellent numerical accuracy
Nice to Have's:
Hindi language skills (For Indian Candidates)
Previous experience in property or rental management accounting
Familiarity with Power Apps system
Understanding of financial reporting
Basic knowledge of Australian financial regulations
Responsibilities
Process weekly customer payments
Manually update payment records in company system
Conduct weekly financial reconciliations
Prepare quarterly profit and loss reports
Maintain accurate financial transaction records
Support account manager with financial documentation
Ensure zero errors in payment processing
Technical Skills
Proficient in accounting software
Data entry expertise
Basic financial analysis capabilities
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to Account Manager
Collaborates with internal finance team
