We are looking for a dynamic Accounts & Finance professional who’s not just good with numbers, but also confident, articulate, and proactive in communication. Since we are a growing brand, this is not your traditional back-office role—you will interact with vendors, visitors, consultants, and even customers at times.

If you’ve been looking for that one opportunity to finally lead, own, and grow the entire finance function of a startup—this is it. You’ll work directly with the founding team and be the financial backbone of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable by ensuring timely billing, payments, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and manage financial statements, profit & loss reports, MIS reports, and assist in audits.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
• Manage payroll, reimbursements, and provide basic HR coordination.
• Coordinate with CA, legal consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation for all internal and external financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting directly to the founder.
• Assist in daily store coordination and customer queries, acting as a point of contact when needed.
• Ready to take on new responsibilities as the brand grows.
  
  

Requirements

• Confident in handling accounts independently.
• Eager to be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven startup.
• Ready for a role that goes beyond spreadsheets and offers real ownership.
• Looking for meaningful career growth and broad exposure across teams.
• 2–3 years of solid experience in Accounts and Finance.
• Excellent working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and compliance requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence to interact with stakeholders, vendors, and occasionally with customers at the store.
• A go-getter attitude who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Note

• Location: The Sensing House, [Bandra]
• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Weekly off: Monday)
