Required:

  • 2+ years’ experience in admin support.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • SAP experience.
  • Accounting experience (journal entries).
  • Procurement / Payroll experience.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel - data entry, pivot tables.
  • Computer savvy with ability to quickly become proficient in multiple applications.
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills - Discretion with sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Respects and values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner.
  • Financial support and connections with India and Mexico based support team as process function point of contact.
  • Invoices, contracts, journal entries, cross charges
  • Setting up vendors in the accounting system for Global R&D Process function
  • Point of contact for international Journal entries and account transfers
  • Proactively respond to and/or coordinate issue resolution with financial systems with process function teams
  • Provide administrative support in a professional and organized manner for legal agreement requests in online system “My Contracts”.
  • Point of contact and expert for international shipping processes and systems.
  • Budget process support/tracking for all Global R&D Process function team members.
    • CAPEX process support/tracking for all Global R&D Process function team members
    • Organize/maintain department budgetary files for R&D Global Process function
    • Governance tracking and documentation support for Phase Gate / Team Time / TPR / GTOPPS.
    • Microsoft Teams and Knowledge Center Documentation Organization.
