Overview:

Accounting Specialist is integral to ensuring the efficient operation of accounting functions within the shared services environment. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role involves vendor rebates calculation, posting and Bonus acts issuance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Matching between posted claims and procurement trackers
• Calculation for vendor periodic rebates based on agreed terms.
• Prepare vendor rebates Posting on system and perform correction if needed.
• Category Margins update on system.
• Communication with logistics and Order management teams with new margins and effective dates to ensure correct sales invoices.
• Issuance for Vendor rebate acts and share with procurement team to get them signed.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and governance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant field. Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Experience / Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Language: Fluent English is a must
• Knowledge of ERP and MS office proficiency is a plus.
