We are seeking a motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team at our North Austin office and assist with the companies Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and finances. The ideal candidate will be growth-focused, and work collaboratively with the Office Manager to complete weekly, monthly, and yearly accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and process vendor invoices into accounting software for accurate and timely payment.
• Balance and reconcile bank accounts by coding and processing financial data for various ledgers.
• Prepare, process, and deliver a high-volume of legal Accounts Receivable invoices each monthly.
• Import credit card transactions into Google Sheets/Quickbooks and verify/locate supporting receipts.
• Develop detailed knowledge of client-base and client-specific requirements of invoices.
• Maintain cashflow forecast consistent with cash availability and impending expenses.
• Adhere to a monthly accounting schedule of events.
• Process Accounts Receivable payments through system.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum (3) three years of full-cycle accounting experience (Aged Payables, Aged Receivables, etc).
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, G-Suite and Quickbooks.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly and effectively are critical.
• Demonstrated time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
