About you:
We are looking for an Accounting Sales Representative with strong commercial instincts and deep knowledge of SME accounting and financial management. You combine strong interpersonal and commercial skills with solid knowledge of SME accounting and tax, which allows you to identify needs, build trust quickly, and guide users toward the best-fit solutions available through our partner network. You’re driven by results, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are motivated by the opportunity to grow with a mission-driven startup. You enjoy speaking with customers and have a natural ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and empathetically.
What's the role:
As an Accounting Sales Representative for Accounting Services, you will be part of the Step 1 / Acquisition team, working closely with the Product Owner for Services and other cross-functional teams. Your role is to understand each entrepreneur’s business context, identify whether Rauva can support their needs, and guide them toward the right accounting solution - whether that includes basic compliance, e-commerce support, or more advanced needs. This is a consultative, trust-based sales role where your success will be measured by volume and long-term fit between customers and the solutions we offer through our marketplace model. You’ll also support go-to-market initiatives, including pricing benchmarks, commercial messaging, and feedback loops, helping us continuously refine and improve our offer.
