A Birmingham, Alabama based company is seeking an Accountant/ Office Manager for a conveniently located office near bike and walking trails in Birmingham, Alabama. If you are looking to hone your accounting skills and work directly with a CFO to grow into a Controller position this could be a great opportunity for you!
Salary: Flexible based on experience and candidate
Hours: 8-5 but flexible
Benefits: 100% BCBS coverage for single and 50% for family, 401k match, 20 days PTO and flexible work culture.
This candidate would be expected to provide half accounting functions and half office manager duties for the growing company. The candidate would need to be able to work with minimal direct oversight/direction after completely trained in job duties/expectations. In time, this role could grow in title and salary because of the company growth trajectory.
