Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join the team at PT Visionet Data Internasional. In this full-time role based in Banten, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's accounting and reporting processes. 

Job Description

- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, and accounting reporting.

- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies.

- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to drive efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting insights and support business decision-making.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the accounting function.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in an accounting in managerial role, preferably in the accounting and reporting domain

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements

- Proficient in the use of accounting software and reporting tools

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders

- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting

- Professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, or ACCA) is preferred
