• Data Management: Maintain and manage portfolio data with precision.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 6-10 years of hands-on experience in real estate accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Word; Yardi software knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
