Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting for a dynamic organization. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity to work with eCommerce platforms while managing critical accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, month-end processes, and client interaction. E-Commerce accounting experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the use of accounting software such as QuickBooks and NetSuite to streamline financial operations.
• Provide accurate financial reports and insights to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address financial inquiries and maintain effective communication.
• Handle accounting tasks related to eCommerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Shopify.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and maintain organized financial records.
• Monitor and improve accounting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the integration of financial data across various systems and platforms.
  
  
  

Requirements

• E-Commerce accounting experience is required for this position.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and NetSuite for accounting and financial management.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce accounting, with experience in platforms like Amazon and Shopify preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in month-end close processes and account reconciliations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
• Familiarity with financial operations in eCommerce settings.
