As they continue to scale their finance function, they are seeking a Head of Accounting to lead statutory reporting, accounting operations, and audit coordination. Your Profile
🔹 Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter) are a strong advantage
🔹 4+ years of experience in financial statement preparation and statutory accounting, ideally within a multinational environment
🔹 Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB); working knowledge of tax law and US GAAP is a plus
🔹 Proven ability to interpret complex financial and regulatory issues and communicate them clearly
🔹 Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing deadlines under pressure
🔹 Proficient with MS Excel; experience with SAP is beneficial
