Summary: Our Client is a growing company looking to hire team members that have integrity and are professional, respectful and dependable. This is a hands-on Controller position and will serve on the Leadership team and will handle all finance and accounting duties for the organization. This role reports to the President. Responsibilities: * Accounting Manager will prepare and publish monthly financial statements * Maintain accounting system * All Finance and Accounting operations * A/R, A/P, Payroll * Budgeting - annual and monthly reporting * Compliance * Banking and Cash Management * HR and Benefits Administration* Bachelor's degree in Accounting * 5+ years of accounting experience * Attention to detail and deadlines required * Working Conditions: In Office
