Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented seasoned Business Services Manager to join our growing team. As an expert accountant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and perform a variety of accounting, tax, and bookkeeping tasks. You will be mentoring and supervising associates, allowing you to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in the finance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Review and oversee daily transaction recording, ledger maintenance, and preparation of complex financial statements using specialized software programs.

• Lead others in conducting reconciliations of bank, credit card, loan, and intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with clients regularly, providing proactive financial advice and addressing their accounting needs efficiently.

• Manage and assist in various accounting, consulting, and tax duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
• CPA certification or CPA certification eligibility is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience
• Provide exceptional client service
• Strong technical experience in bookkeeping, consulting, month-end close and compiled financial statements
• Familiar with GAAP and Income Tax Basis of accounting
• Great time-management, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to review and oversee completion of client projects ensuring timely billing and profitability
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines
• Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision in financial reporting.
• Proven track record in managing client projects, budgeting and correspondence.
• Demonstrable leadership skills, client-centric approach, sense of urgency, and quality-driven mindset.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects, and strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills
• Champion personal and team growth by actively participating in company-driven training, CPE courses, and mentorship initiatives.
