We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to overseeing and managing daily accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations, and contributing to the organization’s strategic financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex accounting entries, ensuring accurate data flow from front-end systems to the accounting ERP.
• Execute period-end closing activities, including accruals, revaluations, balance sheet substantiation, and variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with management to implement best practices in accounting and reporting processes.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors during audits and financial reviews, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of required information.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with demonstrated expertise in managing groups of companies with multiple entities, including consolidation processes.
• Prior experience in the digital assets industry is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite being a distinct advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly in meeting critical deadlines.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage, facilitating communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field of study.
• Progress toward or completion of professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or similar credentials.
