Spectrum Search Group has partnered with a global client in the Ft. Worth area looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team to oversee and manage the accounting and treasury functions across all departments, meet with senior management on a regular basis, manage a team of junior staff, and lead efforts to ensure the accuracy of Company's GL and all fund operations.

Ideal Candidates will possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree required, and a Master in Accountancy a plus
• 10 + years of accounting experience
• CPA Certification preferred
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including frequent and concise communications, and timely responsiveness and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Highly organized, excellent attention-to-detail skills, time management skills
