Accounting Manager / Finance Manager – Manufacturing

Location: Osseo, MN (Onsite with Potential for Hybrid Flexibility)

Compensation: $110K – $130K Base + Bonus

We’re looking for an Accounting Manager/Finance Manager to take ownership of core accounting operations for a key business segment generating approximately $60M–$70M in annual revenue. Reporting to the local Controller, this individual contributor role is essential to the integrity and efficiency of our financial reporting and close processes — with opportunities to contribute to financial analysis and cross-functional projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead general ledger accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes in coordination with finance and operations
• Prepare and review financial reports and internal statements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies
• Collaborate with site leadership on cost tracking, inventory accounting, and reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts in partnership with the FP&A team
• Provide ad hoc financial support on special projects or business initiatives
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong experience in general ledger accounting within a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and period-close best practices
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Comfortable collaborating across departments
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in working independently
