Unity Search has been engaged by a small successful Central Dallas company in its search for an Accounting Manager to support the Controller in the performance of all accounting responsibilities for the business.

Responsibilities for the role will include but not be limited to:

• Support the Controller in the performance of all accounting functions for the company – very “hands on”. This includes but is not limited to all:
• GL Accounting in accordance with GAAP
• Month End Close
• Financial Reporting

· Perform various finance responsibilities including planning, forecasting, and data analytics

· Supervise and train the AR Clerk and AP Clerk

· Assist in continual improvement of processes and procedures for the company

· Assist with external audit

· Perform various special projects for the Controller

Our client has had history of success and offers great benefits including a strong 401K match and health care benefits where the company pays for 100% of employee insurance premiums. Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will probably be in the $100K to $130K range + a strong bonus.
