This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and have a solid grasp of both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate regular reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage transactions and streamline financial operations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage the company’s relationships with banks and other lenders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (4-year degree)
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
