Cytek is seeking an experienced
A/R and Credit Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. Reporting to the
Sr. SEC and Technical Accounting Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing global billing, credit analysis, collections, and accounts receivable processes. What You’ll Do
- Lead and continuously improve billing processes across both instrument and service revenue streams
- Ensure billing and revenue practices meet ASC 606 standards and internal accounting policies
- Partner with the revenue accounting team to execute invoice cutoff testing and ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Administer the global credit policy, monitor compliance, implement changes, and train employees
- Oversee all monthly A/R functions—invoicing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations
- Review and manage non-standard customer billings (e.g., time & materials, install-based, and instrument-specific)
- Contribute to technical accounting efforts, including M&A activities and integration analysis
- Monitor and reconcile monthly NetSuite ARM system reports for consistency across sales data
- Be a co-owner of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle—identify gaps, drive improvements, and ensure SOX compliance
- Support the Sales and Use Tax team with correct tax treatments and exemption certificate tracking
- Assist with 10-Q and 10-K filings and supporting schedules as needed
- Collaborate with Internal Audit to strengthen A/R-related controls and maintain audit readiness
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors during revenue audits
- Mentor A/R billing and collections staff and share expertise with global billing teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in A/R, collections, and revenue accounting, preferably in a publicly traded company
- Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and SOX compliance
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems—NetSuite ARM a strong plus
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Skilled at juggling priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting
- Effective communicator—both written and verbal—with outstanding organizational skills
- Passion for collaboration and coaching within a team environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Primarily desk-based with regular computer use
- Occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds) and standing for up to an hour
- May require positioning of the body to access internal components of equipment
