Job Description

Your role will include hands-on involvement in:

• Bookkeeping & Financial Records:
  
  

Maintain accurate financial records by documenting daily transactions with precision.

• Invoicing & Billing:
  
  

Assist in generating, verifying, and processing invoices for efficient revenue tracking.

• Bank Reconciliation:
  
  

Compare bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.

Audit Support

Support financial documentation preparation for internal and external audits.

Financial Statement Preparation;

Help prepare comprehensive financial statements for reporting and analysis.

Group Management Reporting;

Contribute to the delivery of key financial insights to assist management decisions.

Cash Flow Management

Assist in monitoring and managing cash flow to meet financial obligations.

Requirements

We're looking for candidates who are:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Equipped with good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in accounting software such as AutoCount, QnE, or similar platforms (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Able to read and write in Chinese (added advantage).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
