Summary

Financial Additions has a great opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Plano. This role will be a blend of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, with some payroll responsibilities being added in the future. This is an onsite position with growth potential.


Duties include:

  • Process invoices and assist with payment runs
  • Perform vendor statement reconciliations and assist with month-end close
  • Research and resolve invoice and/or payment discrepancies.
  • Post payments (checks, ACH, EFT) and make bank deposits

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years experience in an accounting clerk role working both AP and AR duties
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excel VLOOKUPS required
  • Detailed and produced accurate work
  • Dependable, punctual, and strong communication skills
  • High school diploma - some college a plus
