Key Responsibilities: + Perform basic bookkeeping duties such as reconciling accounts and managing data entry. + Process invoices, payments, and customer billing statements. + Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks with accuracy. + Prepare reports and assist the team with financial documentation. + Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements + Previous experience as an accounting clerk or bookkeeper is preferred but not required. + Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). + Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
