To assist with accounting and reporting activities ensuring the accuracy and consistency of underlying data and to liaise with external and internal customers to formulate and implement policy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure that all transactions are documented correctly
- Adhere strictly to audit and management requirements, along with complying with the company policy and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee all requests are responded to by the team in a timely, professional manner
- Provide timely and accurate reports monitoring and analysis to the business
- Complete month end and run reports assigned by the business
- Resolve escalated issues raised by the team
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
- 2 years relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills
- Strong customer service focus and stakeholder management
- Process Oriented
- Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Strong focus on details
- Problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the insurance industry is desired but not essential
Preferred Knowledge
- Basic knowledge in Insurance
- Knowledge in Accounting principles
