About Us:

The Circle – Caring for Children is a leading provider of rehabilitation services in Karachin. We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations with integrity and profesional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary Disbursement:

• Prepare monthly payroll for all staff in compliance with internal policies
• Maintain salary records and ensure timely payments

Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle monthly and annual tax filings (Income Tax etc.)
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with FBR regulations

Financial Documentation:

• Manage receipts, payment vouchers, and daily transaction logs
• Maintain up-to-date financial records for audit and reporting purposes

Reporting & Summaries:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial summaries for management review and variance analyses.
• Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks regularly

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring budget vs. actual performance
• Provide input on cost-saving opportunities and financial planning

Internal Audit:

• Conduct internal financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate with external auditors when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA Inter preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sector)
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani taxation laws, payroll systems, and accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
• Understanding of financial systems
• Good communication and documentation skills
