Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage sales invoices using the Busy accounting software.
• Track and verify incoming orders from clients.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and documentation tasks.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth processing and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer accounts.
• Support multitasking roles within office operations when required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with Busy accounting framework.
• Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with computer-based tasks and data entry.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn internal processes (training provided).
