Role Description

At Clinicity, we specialize in building readymade hospitals and medical infrastructure across India, along with the distribution of high-quality medical equipment. As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead our finance and compliance processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.
• Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns and manage challans (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.).
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and MIS summaries.
• Coordinate with CA/Auditors for internal and external audits.
• Maintain records of vendor payments, receivables, and statutory compliance.
• Support payroll processing and ensure proper deductions (PF/ESIC if applicable).
• Supervise junior accounts staff (if any) and guide them on compliance tasks.
• Maintain invoice documentation and assist in timely reporting to management.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter)
• 2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or manufacturing/trading setup
• In-depth working knowledge of:
• GST: Input/output reconciliation, e-way bills, monthly returns
• TDS: Deduction on salary, contractor, professional services, etc.
• Familiarity with Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and banking portals

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience working in a healthcare, construction, or equipment trading company
• Knowledge of Zoho Books, Busy, or other cloud-based accounting tools
• Understanding of inventory accounting and project-based expense tracking
