Manage AR & Prepayment offset efficiently for customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Prepare comprehensive AR aging report weekly & monthly, providing detailed insights into outstanding balances and collection efforts.
Compile cash collection report monthly, analyses cash inflows and identify trends to support financial planning.
Conduct PRC financial report to Minority Shareholders monthly, provide detailed analytical reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Implement effective strategies to minimize audit adjustments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Maintain master data management (MDM) for finance, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all financial systems.
Perform various Ad hoc work assigned by CFO & direct manager, contributing to special projects and initiatives that drive financial efficiency.
Shall comply with relevant HSE regulations, not limited to training, system documentation and the relevant professional skills for the position. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 5 years manufacturing accountant background ( AR/AP/general ledger) or at least 3 years statutory audit background is preferred.
Good communication skills, strong proficiency in English and Mandarin, CET6 as plus.
Logical thinking, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with financial management laws and regulations, and basic knowledge; proficiency in SAP or Oracle system is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
