What You’ll Do:

As an Accountant, you’ll act as a strategic partner for purpose-driven businesses—managing their day-to-day financial operations with precision, insight, and care. Your work will empower them to focus on what they do best: growing consciously and making a difference.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes across multiple clients
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Manage full-cycle AP and AR
• Maintain general ledgers and ensure clean, accurate data
• Prepare financial statements and custom client reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Identify process improvements to help clients run smarter
• Communicate regularly with clients, offering clear insights and trusted advice
• Collaborate with CPA partners on tax prep, reviews, and advisory projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in client accounting, general or staff accounting, or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Detail-oriented, client-first mindset
• Stellar communicator—able to translate complex financial data into real-world insight
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities with grace and professionalism
