Role overview

We are seeking an ambitious newly qualified accountant to join the BKK team at an exciting phase of our growth journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring tax & financial compliance, delivering tax and financial advisory services and training junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to professionally develop working with exciting national and international clients.

Your role

- Management accounts preparation, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, preparation of monthly reporting documents for various stakeholders including management teams, financial institutions, shareholders & board of directors.

-  Preparation of various tax returns including corporation tax, income tax, VAT returns.

-  Preparation of year-end financial statements for limited companies, partnerships & sole traders.

-  Assist clients with financial planning and analysis including preparation of financial models and forecasts and ability to interpret and explain variances to financial plans.

-  Assist clients during private equity transactions including buy-side & sell-side due diligence reviews.

-  Support finance teams with transactional finance tasks such as creditor management and payroll.

-  Support clients with external audits.

-  Support our team on corporate finance and tax projects.

Required experience & skills

-  Qualified accountant.

-  Previous experience working in practice.

-  Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

-  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-  Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

-  Ability to manage time and multiple deadlines effectively.
