Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, based in Makati with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing client needs promptly. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, providing security solution recommendations, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing and delivering business proposals. The Account Manager will also monitor project progress and manage accounts receivable duties related to client accounts.


Qualifications


  • Client Relationship Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Account Maintenance skills
  • Business Development and Meeting Coordination skills
  • Experience with Security Solutions and Project Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the security industry is a plus
