Location: Zurich (100% onsite)
Your Role:
• manage daily business in private banking client servicing and provide high quality service
• be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
• be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
• manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
• perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
• research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
• identify cross-selling opportunities and discuss them with the client advisor
• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties
• support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings
• join client advisors occasionally in client meetings

Your Expertise:
• Financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
• Financial degree or equivalent financial qualifications or successfully completion of banking apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
• Able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
• Interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
• Superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence
• Confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, able to work under stress. Strong team player.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory) (oral and written), Japanese or Chinese proficiency will be added value.
