Account Manager – Digital Advertising

We are seeking experienced Digital Account Managers to support the growth of our advertising partnerships by delivering performance-driven and brand-building marketing solutions.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal experts in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding organization. We’re looking for professionals with a track record of success in dynamic environments who also bring strong problem-solving and leadership skills with minimal supervision.

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for growing and managing advertising relationships. This includes working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams internally, and externally with brand, analytics, and eCommerce teams from client organizations, as well as their media and shopper marketing agencies. A successful candidate will excel at execution, communication, and maintaining accountability on high-impact projects within a complex organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client advertising campaigns and revenue performance.
  • Build strategic campaign plans aligned with client business and marketing goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end creative process between clients and the in-house creative team.
  • Oversee agency proposal templates and tagging processes.
  • Collaborate closely with campaign managers on activation, trafficking, and optimization.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams on campaign performance.
  • Work with analytics teams to ensure reporting accuracy and deliver actionable insights.
  • Drive incremental revenue by offering strategic recommendations.
  • Support monthly billing processes and ensure delivery accuracy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver strong results.
  • Mentor junior team members and support development of best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in building and executing media plans.
  • Strong follow-through and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in digital media analytics, data platforms, or advertising technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence client investment decisions.
