To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us as an Account Manager, assisting in our Sales Department on building a cohesive relationship with our customers.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with clients
Handle & develop new business from our sales channels, inbound marketing channels, and existing clients
Regular follow up on existing accounts' status
Liaise with cross-functional internal teams, including Support and Product Development teams to improve the entire customer experience.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System Management or any related disciplines
At least 2 years' experience in delivering systems or solutions, such as HRM, ERP, CRM is highly preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication proficiency, customer focus, flexibility, and problem solving skills
Account Management with regional exposure is highly preferred
