Job Description
Position overview
To support our fast-growing activities, the Digital Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction in designing, planning and coordinating the execution of unique digital marketing strategies in Asia.
Able to develop strong professional and personal relationships with clients, the Digital Account Manager is in charge of managing strategic digital projects for key accounts including many admired luxury brands.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of the definition of digital communication planning & strategies
- Support and participation to project execution
- Coordination of various stakeholders and resources
- Client Management on a daily basis, responsible for the respect of planning & achievement of goals
- Participation in reviewing, selecting and managing international partners
- Support in the execution of strategic consulting, planning and research project
Your skills and profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Communication in Hong Kong or Mainland China for western brands, ideally in the luxury or premium industry
- Passion and knowledge about Digital, Social, Content production and Influencer Marketing
-Strong understanding on current digital mkt trends and best practices across the region
- Experience in managing digital marketing projects: Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a must, Wechat, Weibo, Douyin and Little Red Book experience is also preferred, / Social commerce & Influencer marketing experiences are also welcomed
- Good knowledge and experience of the APAC and Chinese digital ecosystem
- Native Cantonese speaker (Good language knowledge in Cantonese & English is required, Mandarin is a plus)
- Fluent in oral and written English & Highly organised
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
