MBA Finance Industry – Building & Infrastructure Consultancy Services Functional Skill · Finalization of Accounts, Financial statements preparation · I. Tax Corporates & individuals, Capital Gain tax, Assessment process · Deal with GST, filling & preparation returns & Assessment, Appeals etc. · Deal with the Income Tax Dept. for Assessment / Appeal etc. · Exposure in NBFC compresences with RBI & other statutory Authority · Tally operation (Advance), MS office including PPT · Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations · Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities. · Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. · Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed. · Analysing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies. · Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures. · Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business. · MIS preparation, analysis · Exposure in banking operations – credit limit, bank guaranty etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 8 years (Required) Work Location: In person
